Hi, I am really frustrated cause we rented a room only to be kicked out by the landlady after 3 months because she said the electricity bill went up after we moved in. We agreed to move out as she was willing to give us back the deposit. Our agent did not really back us up and now that we're searching for another unit, he isn't very committed to helping us. He takes a long time or don't respond to calls or SMSs or emails at all. My question is, can I ask back for the agent fees as we only stayed for 3mths out of the 1yr lease we took out on the original unit we rented.
