When you say - Expert, what are you referring to?
1) technical knowledge
2) soft skills - how to read the client from their body language, manage their expectations, build a good relationship with them
3) negotiation skills - get better price, get exclusive signed etc

But this is just part of the business side of things, you have to stay motivated and keep on working hard on it, because this business is competitive and tough, the wind changes with a new cooling measure, you must be flexible to change when the winds change.
