Hi, I am planning to be a part time property agent. Currently i am working in an electronic company. I just know that the new CEA rule saying that a part time property agent needs to get approval from the current employer. Thus, from employer perspective, I think most of companies won't approve the application. So I am still wondering, should i still go ahead to register CEA course and take the exam? What if I took the exam n passed, then later on my part time job application not approved by my employer
