Hi! I am looking into buying a property at a property auction and will be attending the upcoming auctions this month just to get a feel of how the process is like. As such, I would like to know if a cashier's order (CO) or bank draft needs to be provided at registration at a Singapore property auction in order to participate in the bidding process? Also, in the event of an unsuccessful bid, how do I get back the CO/bank draft that I have given prior to the auction?
