Based on a property price of $2.8m, and a maximum loan of $1.5m, there will be a shortfall of $1.3m which you will need to top up. Minimum Cash downpayment is 5%. If your CPF is insufficient to make up for the shortfall, you will need to top up in CASH.
Apart from the shortfall, there will also be liable for BSD, and ABSD if you are a non-citizen, or currently own a HDB flat. BSD for $2.8m property is $106,600. ABSD would be dependent on your nationality and the number of properties you current own.
