Hi,

I am looking for a good and competent property agent to help me source for an in-principle approval for bank loan to finance buying of a HDB property. I used to have some bad credit history (not those really adverse like bankruptcy). However, I have since 2 years ago cleared all my liabilities with the bank and is now totally debt free. I would like to sell my 5 room flat and then use the proceeds to upgrade to a executive apartment due to bigger family unit. My monthly income is close to $7k and gross family income about $9k together with my wife. Have been gainfully employed for last 14 years. My wife has no adverse credit issues at all. I am not eligible for any hdb loan and so need to take up a bank loan. Any agent who has experience in handling such issues, please assist me. Thanks.

I have served many sellers and buyers and over time, many of them have became my friends. I don't dare to say I am the best or the most competent person around but many of my clients have left testimonials for me on how I conduct this business. Maybe we can meet up for a non obligatory coffee session and you can share more with me. I do have a few very competent bankers working with me to assist my clients on their bank loans as well. As you also mentioned purchase after sales so we will also need to talk about the time schedule for the sale and purchase so that the transition can be as smooth as possible.
