Hi, I am looking at around these two (Tanglin regency / view) for a Condominium to buy. 2BR. Is price about $1million or less doable? Do reply and I will call you if possible.

Hi James! The pricing for condos in that area is averaging $1400psf onwards. A 2BR unit at Tanglin Regency/View is asking $1.3M upwards. Are you only looking at these 2 condos? Thanks Bhavina, Propnex, 91708295 Read More

Hi, thanks for the reply, yes, I am looking for a one room or two room condominium near redhill/queenstown/Tiong Bahru walking distance to the MRT for under 1 Mil.
