Hi - I am keen to invest in a small apartment and I am of the opinion that Optima is a good buy due to the proximity of the site reserved for commercial use next to it. Please advise me whether there are buying opportunities before TOP.

Hi,

Currently I am marketing a 1-BR at Optima, asking $620K. It would be advisable to buy now than is TOP. Sellers usually will increase their asking prices once the condo is TOP.

    Thanks for the info. Is it possible to get at 5xx in view of the slowdown in resale transactions ? I like to wait a little longer since estimated TOP is 2014.
