Hi, I am currently waiting to take my RES Exam. However, I would like to ask what are my chances of getting approved by CEA to be a property agent. I have very bad credit bureau score due to my past silliness of not paying my credit cards when I was younger.

Will I be able to appeal if they reject me due to my CBS or is there no chance?

Hi, I would have advise your to email to CEA even before you take your RES course, to receive clearance. Since you are at the stage of taking the RES exams, its best to email to CEA to get clear direction.
