Do take note that your current housing loan must be taken from HDB and you will be taking HDB loan for the purchase in order to be eligible for CONTRA.

By the way, how come you are looking for agents with buyers on hand? Do you intend to Do-It-Yourself?

In order to utilize Enhanced Contra Facility, your current unit must be on HDB loan. Your upcoming purchase must also be on HDB loan. You must also be sure that your buyer is not utilizing the same facility.
