Probably you need to look@ the Lease it is holding. a 99yr lease should see lesser asking pricing. Then you need to look@ the land and built up size. Generally market is softening and thus if the seller sees a urgency to offload it,prices will come down.A recent transaction in Gardenia Walk for Semi-D@2400 land area is sold@ 2.3million...Probably minus a 5-10% reduction would be a good indication.
