Hi , I am considering to join the real estate industry as I find it interesting after attending the RES course.However my dilemma is that I am already at my mid 40s and not too sure if it is consider too old to join as a real estate agent. Would also joining as a part timer for a start work out ? What are the serious consideration I need to go through before jumping into this industry base on my current situation beside the hardwork and committed mindset I need to be prepare for ?

Evening,

Age is purely a figure and it's usually the mentally that wins the race. In ERA, we do have retired warrant officer joining the team. If you have other considerations like financial commitment, then it would be good to work on the sums before moving forward.
