Hi Mr Muthaiyan,

Firstly to understand the structure of payment, here's the initial financial outlay:

20% Cash (5% 15% CPF)
Buyer Stamp Duty 3%
ABSD* If Applicable
Misc Legal Fee
NO agent fees

Bank loan would be very much influenced by any outstanding loan, credit status, age and income etc.
As for the loan aspect, I will link you to my network of bankers to assess your loan eligibility and quantum, at no cost.

Right now, due to the weak market sentiments and downswing, prices of private resale have dipped substantially and made realistic and very affordable. This makes it the best time to enter the market! With high level of discounts and firesales in the primary market and fallen prices in the resale market, getting a 2BR in a matured estate with great attributes and capital potential upswing should not be an issue.

SPR households have to sell away their hdb after purchasing condo. Perhaps you may wish to explore dual key units for both stay and renting out purposes. It is essentially a home-stay unit plus another studio, with separate dual entrances for separate living. This will meet your objectives too. Thanks and hope to assist further with your housing plans.

Warm regards
