Hi,

I am a new citizen and wish to buy a EC as a first timer. However, I own a small condo unit which is under construction. The eligibility criteria says that I must dispose it 30 months prior to applying for an EC.

My question is that based on my changed circumstances & also because my family is expanding can I request for a waiver from HDB ? Are such waivers granted ?
