Hi I am a divorcee planning to apply new BTO project with my new partner . HLE “ application is not successful as your household does not meet the eligibility conditions to buy a flat.”
Both our income does not exceed 14k and employed with CPF contribution
Just transferred the previous house to my ex-spouse according to the divorce agreement . Still pending for CPF refunds
Any advise if I divorcee can apply new bto project with new partner ? What could have fail the HLE
