Hi, I am 23 years old SC, currently is a student and will finish studying in Mid 2015. My mother, my sibling and me want to buy HDB resale flat under Non-Citizen Family Scheme. My mom is SPR and unemployed. My sibling is working and holding SP. I'd like to know how much do we have to pay as down payment to HDB? And how do we apply housing loan from HDB or bank?
