Hi,
How does one get a HDB valuation without selling the flat? Context is, we are in the midst of divorce and agreed the flat will be transferred to me at market value determined by the average of 2 valuations. So I need to get my valuation done.

Thanks.

Hi,

There are 2 ways of performing valuation. But do note that each valuation will not be identical to each other, although they are all from the same valuation panel.

(1) Via SRX
(2) Via bank

I can arrange for such valuation if required.

These valuations are recognized by local banks, implying buyer can rely on these valuations to provide a loan.

However, do note that HDB will still need buyer to engage valuer assigned by them.

Hope the above answer to your main concerns, but if there are more queries, please feel free to contact me at 90110636  , or email: ling.ck7@gmail.com if more information is needed.
I'll be glad to assist.

Good evening,

For the sales of HDB, you will need the official valuation from HDB valuer. In order to do so, we can work things around on the paperwork aspect.
