Hi gurus,we are married singapore citizen, we want to upgrade from our current 5room flat in punggol to ec,as long as there is 3 bedroom,compact is ok,preferably,vvip preview,i understand that our home bank loan will be affected greatly because we are still servicing our car loan and the other thing is my wife is working part time,so she did not have fixed income and will also affect our home bank loan.My income monthly income is 3.5k.so we are relying mostly on the sale and cash proceeds of our 5room flat.Any ideas how to maximise our home bank loan?
