Hi gurus,We are married sc,both of us below 35 years old.Our total income is 4k.We have 100k cpf and 50k cash, based on that,can we still purchase a new 3 bedroom ec unit from developer?can we use 60% of our total income which means its 2.4k for our monthly mortgage? how much roughly the loan amount approved by bank?
