Hi Gurus,
Would like to seek your advices for the best property plan. I am 33 years old, have $170k in OA, and around $60k cash to spare for the house. My monthly salary is around $10K.
My intention is to:
1. Buy a 1 bedder condo maybe $750-$800k and immediately rent it out for 1 to 2 years. (Need to cover some cash portion, will be staying at my parent's place)
2. Move in after 2 years and stay for another 1 year, making it 3 years already.
3. Stay at my partner's place for next 15 months.
4. Sell the condo away and then purchase a HDB re-sale for long term stay (4/5 bedder)
What are your thoughts on this plan, is this a feasible plan to earn some $$ or too much risk and i should just wait till 35 and get a HDB re-sale?
Would also like to understand agent's fees and if i need to also pay that in cash when i buy the first condo and rent it out?
