Hi gurus, we are sc,2nd timers and are hdb upgraders,if after selling our 5room flat,we have estimated 100k cash and 100k cpf.we want to use the cash from our sales proceeds to pay for the downpayment for the purchase of our new ec,we can't buy resale ec based on our home loan affordability,total income 3k,wife not working.is it possible?
