Hi Gurus ,
Recently we booked a HDB flat and will get the flat around November .
the recent measures to cool the property market will affect HDB also?
means in coming days , the HDB valuation and COV may be lower?
we paid cov of 30 + , so now i am thinking whether we booked at wrong , peak time . I am so confused and worried too.
your advice will clarify my doubts . pls assist .
