Hi Gurus,

Q regarding en-bloc.

If my condo unit is going for en-bloc, how do we calculate/value the en-bloc property and arrive at the value of our unit?

For en-bloc, they talk about PPR, GFA, DC and breakeven cost. But, when we sell the unit in the open market, we base it on $psf? How do value our unit if we wish to sell the unit in the open market rather than wait to see if the en-bloc is successful?
