Hi Gurus,
Please help to answer for Private and HDB property.
If an agent approaches me and makes an unsolicited offer to buy my property on behalf of his client, what are commissions or fees borne/payable by me assuming I allow him to complete the sale? Question is do I pay him though he seeks me out for buying my property and if so, is the nominal commission versus getting my own agent to sell the property? Do the buyers pay him commission as well?
If I engage my own agent to sell or market the property, what is the commission & fees payable by me?
