Hi gurus! I'm an aspiring real estate broker to be, I do understand that under CEA ruling that no real-estate salesman should be convicted in court.

I have been convicted for traffic offenses such as speeding etc.No other convictions.

As this is a grey area, Anyone have similar experience or fellow agents that successful got their CEA lisence? Thanks!

Shouldn't be a problem... best confirm with CEA before embarking on the course & exam. If you get the green light do consider joining us at Huttons :)
