Hi Gurus, I understand there may be problem in getting a bank loan if the property remaining lease is 60 years and below. Does this apply to buying a HDB? I am interested in getting a HDB in town area but many of them are 30yrs old and above. Am concern about getting a loan and also, the implications when I want to sell 10 yrs later. thanks!
