Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out to us at PropertyGuru Finance.
If you are paying the loan by cash - you and your partner should be able to do so. Just have to check with the bank how to set up the deduction from your joint account. Or alternatively, your partner may transfer the monies to your account for the instalment deduction. For CPF usage, if your partner is a co-owner of the property, your partner is able to use cpf to also service the loan. If not owner status, then can't use. Hope this clarifies.
