Hi gurus,
I'm married with 1 child. My wife and I are both 1st timers. We are looking at purchasing a place near our parents. We have a combined monthly gross of around $5k.
How much grant can we have for resale or BTO?

Afternoon Leonard,

If both of you are SC, purhcase of HDB resale unit near parents, you should be able to get $40k grant. Being within the income ceiling, you are also eligible for HDB loan.
