Hi Gurus,
I just passed my recent RES Aug exam. I want to kick start my real estate sales career as part-time first. I only can do on weekends and some weeknight as currently I have a full time job (office hour).
My first priority now is to sell my 4 room flat located at Jurong West as this will provide me experience I needed. I have also bought another HDB unit at Dawson. I need to sell my current HDB unit at Jurong West as the sale proceed will help me to pay for part of the loan the new home at Dawson before I can collect my keys.
I strongly believe finding a right agency, right team and most important right mentor to kick start my career in real estate.
