Hi Gurus, I just left my full time job and looking to join any of the big players in real estate. After checking around theres always this commitment fee ranging from 3++ to 8++. I am wondering if any agencies do take in agents at zero costs or at much lower admin fees. As I just left my job I cant throw my last salary into these course fees instead, il use it to run daily operations. I intend to do real estate almost full time while earning supporting income from part time jobs till transactoins come in. I can be accredited by SAEA as I have a Real Estate Diploma from a local Poly. I have had full time sales experience in Insurance for 2 years. Any advice from the Gurus? Thanks...
