Hi Gurus!, i just been through the tedious process of home buying and selling , first n foremost OTP had been excercised for both selling and buying, Only just recently the unit i am buying , the seller wanted to back out after finding out that the area is going through an upgrading or whatsoever reason which i founded out issnt genuine. I already engaged an Interior Designer for its services to redesign my new home , but yet this has to happen? I am well aware i am able to sue this seller for damages incurred and futhermore i wouldnt have a place to stay after selling my home, plus going through the tedious process of looking for a unit i would make it my new home. How do i go about doing this? How far can i sue this seller for damages??? pls advise
