hi gurus, i have the following questions regarding renting out hdb flat and property tax. (a) i currently own a hdb flat, can i rent out the whole unit and move into a private property? (b) i understand there is a difference in tax rate for owner-occupied property and property for investment purpose. what is the rate differential? many thanks in advance.
