I have signed a agreement for a 3I house for rent and paid the advance and agent fee already. Lately i realize that the house is not approved. please advise if any legal obligations/issues will arise? as we are already 4 members to stay in the flat and it is just 3I house. Also appreciate if you can advise what care i need to take while registering/enrolling my family details at HDB?
