Hi gurus, i have a Q. Example i sold my house to HDB for 500k (without selling to another buyer) and i have previously use 400k CPF and 100K cash to paid off. So when i sold it off, does HDB pay me back in all cash or will it pay me back according to the amount of cash/ cpf monies i used to paid off the flat?
