Hi gurus.

I am looking for a 4 room apartment in the following areas,
pasir ris, tampines, bedok, sengkang.

budget at about 450k but negotiable of course. cov im looking at the max 15-20K. (negotiable also), as a baby is on the way.

i do understand the current cov market is quite high, hence i am writing here for help.
