hi Gurus,
I am currently working a full time job in an SME company as an IT executive and consider to be a property agent as a part timer. I can't leave my current job due to other obligation that I have to fulfill. I have registered for the January RES course.
My question is:
1. After I complete the course and pass the exam. What are the next step I need to do?
2. Other than weekdays night, I would like to utilize my weekend to be active in searching for clients and houses. Any tips and tricks to share? By the way, I am looking to focus on the Condo and/or landed property.
