Both my partner and I are singaporeans. However, my partner has been working overseas for the past few years while i hav been working in Singapore. We are thinking of apply for a HDB BTO flat together. How will the process be for our situation? How will our income be calculated as she is being paid in a foreign currency and is taxed in another country? Are we eligible for a HDB BTO?
