Hi,

1) Sol Acres is an EC TOP in 2018. Thus the estimated MOP will be in 2023.
2) Before reaching the MOP, this is still considered under HDB policy. Meaning that you have to meet the eligibility criteria.
3) You will have to dispose of all residential property in order to buy any dropout or early sales of units before MOP from this project.

you will have to wait till it MOP if you wish to own a resale EC like sol acres as 2nd property. Cause if you buy any resale units in Sol Arces now, you will need to fulfill HDB eligibility scheme etc.

I understand there are a couple of units on the resale market at Sol Acres at the moment. However these are units with special approval to sell as MOP for Sol Acres will only be due in 2023. Fer those case of EC selling before 5 years MOP, you are not allowed to purchase it as a second property unless you plan to dispose off your first property within 6 months of purchasing a second property and your 1st property must not be a private property. In addition, you would also need to fulfil the family nucleus requirement for new ECs(less than 5 years, eg cannot buy as singles.
