Hi Guru,I have recently engage a property agent to market my home for sale.I realize that he is not co-broking with other agent cause I saw in property guru my sale thread is put under "already co-broke"and feel that is unfair for me as a owner cause I wanted as many people to view my home so as to sell it at a better price. What can I do to him? I have sign an exclusive with him for selling my home.

Hi,

Just call this agent and ask him for the reason of doing that.
If he is unable to provide you with a proper reason, you may write a letter to termination the exclusive.

Feel free to email/contact if you need any assistance.

Hi Worried Owner,

If the suggestion from my other partners still don't work, last resort you may complain it to CEA. In real estate business, it is always good to co-broke and maximise all viewings potential for the owners to get the best offer.

Please feel free to drop me an email or call me directly for further discussion.

Thank you & Best Regards
