HI guru,i am not even 30 yet but i read the HDB info web and found out that i could buy a EC in an open market, with the condo reaching 6th to 10th year occupation period. Does it means if i am single and not even 30 yet, i could find a EC in the open market that had reached the requirement, and i could move in alone?
