Q1:- we have a 3A HDB flat, shown on HDB website: application date Oct 2008, purchased date Feb 2009. so does it mean our MOP will be finished in Feb 2014? We want to buy a EC asap. Any hope? previously got heard some say can try a few mth earlier before MOP.. is it true?
Q2:- Currently income 10k, have cash 100k(may borrow more from parents), combined CPF OA 40k, the flat bought at 250K with COV. Can we defer our 20% down payment until we sell the flat upon the EC TOP? plus, anyone can recom based on our budget?
Q3:- when purchasing a EC, is the chance for 2nd timer high? husband and baby SC, Mother SPR. any chance to buy balance flat from EC? we hope to move in asap.. so hope TOP is in 2014 or 2015.
Q4:- we need a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and very patient patient agent to handle our sale and purchase in near future. Any good recom?
