hi guru, my hdb seller n me penned down a black n white stating they'll hand over flat 10 days after 1st appt. tats y i bought the flat. 1st appt's next week, they informed my agent handover only after 2nd appt, saying there's nothing i can do with the letter. really there's no way? how can they just backed out? need professional advice
