My friend current had 2 shops, side by side. for take over.
1 is a hair saloon and the other fashion boutique.
Both very beautifully setup and fully equip.
Situated along the busy Joo Chiat main road, with crowds crawling around those pub and eateries.
Reasonable takeover fee and good commission for the right agents who can closed the deal.
