Hi Guru, I will like to buy a HDB in resale market however i owner a properties in Malaysia (joint ownership with my brothers) does this joint ownership consider a private property? And I must remove my name from S&p? Beside, I would like to form a property investment company in Malaysia with my friends. If the property is under my company, so does it consider my property? Thanks
