Afternoon Thomas,

It's tough to make a decision now, as you dunno what you are in for. Many agents do not fall into their dream sector, as they just don't seems to fit in. And it's not easy to close a commercial deal, taking the thought that you wanna go full-time, unless you really have alot of reserve. Try out something small and manageable, before you start to concentrate on the one you prefer. As the words go, speed lead to waste.
