Hi Guru, i am an SPR. Can i buy a flat jointly with my sister and brother-in-law? My sister is not an SPR, but my brother-in-law is.
Second question is, if we are eligible to buy a flat now, 2 and a half years later they decided to buy a flat by themselves, can they be delisted from the co-owner of the first flat while i remain as the single owner? i am below 35 and would still be below 35 after 2.5 years.
