Hi Guru, I am an REA qualified salesperson with the same estate agent for the past 6 years. Unfortunately, all my overriding managers and team have joined other estate agents 3 years ago. For the last 3 years I am left without a mentor. I am only keen to do resales and rentals of private & commercial properties. I am not sure if I should form my own team or look for a new mentor from another estate agent or even set up my own estate agency. I worry that I do not click with the new team members if I join a manager. I enjoy working at my own pace deciding on my own earnings. What is ideal for me?
