Hi, got a question to ask. If i give an exclusive to
an agent to sell off my flat, is it compulsory to engage him
for buying a new flat at the same time or can i approach
another agent for buying a new flat? Hope that some one

Hi Norain,

It is alright to purchase through another agent, however, having handled the sales portion for you, in my own opinion, it will be easier to manage the whole sell and buy process when it comes to time management. Having said that, if indeed the selling agent is like what Aaron has mentioned, there is no harm in engaging the next salesperson.

Having said that, it is important to engage an agent with extensive network in doing the job especially if they are working within a dedicated team where 1 can be focused in the selling portion and others can focus in sourcing suitable units for you as no one can handle everything by himself/herself.

My team of dedicated salesperson would be ideal to assist you if possible. Let me know how I may assist.

In addition, should any of your friends or relatives requires any assistance or advise in real estate, feel free to pass on my contact details to them.
