Hi,
For a HDB resale unit, I had to pay for an OTP and deposit amounting to a maximum amount of 5K.
Assuming :
Resale Price:500K
Bank Loan :375K
Cash Outlay (5%) :25K
CPF 100K
Will the deposit and OTP be included in the purchase price? The remaining cash outflow is 20K or is this anadditional cost?
