Hi do I still need to pay hdb levy when I buy another subsidise hdb flat. The thing is that when I sold the matrimonial flat I was a bankruptcy and I never received any grunt cpf money. But now I'm discharged from bankruptcy do I still need to pay hdb levy when I do not enjoy the grunt money which is $20000 please advice thanks
